I am the Owner and Director of True North Acupuncture and a Licensed Acupuncturist in Minnesota, nationally board-certified through the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Since 2013, I have specialized in perinatal care, supporting patients from preconception and fertility through pregnancy and postpartum.

I earned my M.S. in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Northwestern Health Sciences University (2012) and completed advanced perinatal training, including the 2023 Maternity Acupuncture Mentoring and Peer Support (MAMPS) program.

After graduation, I practiced in Maui in a community acupuncture clinic serving Native Hawaiian communities. In 2018, I joined Hennepin Healthcare, providing outpatient acupuncture care through 2026.

I also integrate ancestral-based nutrition inspired by the Weston A. Price Foundation to support maternal and family health. I live in Grant, MN with my family and have volunteered at a Buddhist meditation center in Minneapolis since 2009.
