True North Acupuncture is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our mission is to expand access to integrative, community-centered healthcare by providing affordable, sliding‑scale acupuncture services and educational classes that supports individuals experiencing pain, mental health, and perinatal conditions. We are committed to promoting holistic wellness, reducing barriers to care, and empowering our community through evidence-informed, compassionate treatment and health education. No part of the net earnings of the Corporation shall inure to the benefit of any private individual except as reasonable compensation for services rendered.

Director/owner of True North Acupuncture
LAc, MAOM, Dipl. O.M.
Licensed Acupuncturist (MN), board-certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Perinatal specialist (since 2013).
Master's, Northwestern Health Sciences University; trained via Maternity Acupuncture Mentoring and Peer Support (MAMPS) program; experience at Hennepin Healthcare and in Maui.
Lolyann Gochicoa
Strategic leader in hospital administration, nonprofit management, evaluation, and board governance, currently serving as Executive Manager to the CEO and Executive Team at HHS.
Beth Przybylski
Throughout the years, Beth has welcomed close to 600 babies into the world as a midwife and countless more as a nurse. She is also trained in NaPro Technology, a life-affirming restorative fertility approach.
Nancy Day Weflen
Retired RN and lactation consultant, who worked in pediatrics & the NICU for 48 years. Current favorite pastimes- gardening, hiking, dogs.
Marti Stellwagen
Following a career in project management, Marti dedicated the past decade to raising and advocating for her special-needs child. She is passionate about community support, wellness, and helping others access compassionate care.
